Today’s invitation is to take a moment and zero in to whatever is it that you are avoiding to feel. Because underneath all those feelings you don’t want to feel is access to so many wonderful things:
Your light.
Your laughter.
Your glow.
Your passion.
Your joy.
When we try to filter out the things we don’t want to feel, we simultaneously filter out all of it.
So slow down. Let yourself unwind. It will feel uncomfortable before it feels better. Share your thoughts with someone who can listen. Hold close some softness for yourself. Dive in. Discover all of it.
