I really think this is the hardest part. To feel it. To allow yourself to feel it all.

The phrase “easier said than done,” comes to mind.

If you let it, life will crush you. It will flatten and defeat you.

But if you allow it, life will also fill you back up again. The depths of your sadness only mirror the tremendous highs of your joy.
