Are you able to love all of the parts of you?
We all carry stories about ourselves that have been ingrained in us for generations. We must learn to question them and unravel the layers with curiosity and compassion.
I know that on some days, self-compassion can feel out of reach. It can be difficult to observe ourselves with the same forgiveness we offer to others. Are you holding yourself to a higher standard? Who or what along the way told you that you don’t deserve that same compassion?
Well, listen up, because I’m telling you that you deserve that same compassion. You deserve it simply because you exist.
And all of your parts are worthy of love.
I love you.
