You did it. You made it to today. Whatever this past week felt like to you, you made it.

I just wanted to remind you that we are more like this Earth than we take notice of on most days. The Earth goes through cycles and so do we. We go through seasons of calm and seasons of distress. The key is knowing that there is always an upcoming season.
