In an effort to do at least one small thing for myself each day, I have been asking myself this question: “What do I want to do today?” Recently, I decided to try out this small adjustment… ”How do I want to feel today?” When you focus first on how you want to feel, you can get curious about the things you can do in order to feel that way.
I can ask my partner, "how do you want to feel? instead of "what do you want to do" -- it should attune us to our joint actions. Love it!
